KATAMARAN INC. provides technology engineering services, consulting, software development, system integration, and related professional services to businesses and organizations.

3. Payment Terms

We offer multiple payment methods including:

• Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Bank transfers through Turkish bank APIs
• Mail orders and check payments
• POS system integration

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, software, and materials remain with KATAMARAN INC. unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

KATAMARAN INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with applicable Turkish and international data protection laws.

7. Support and Maintenance

Support and maintenance terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard support is available during business hours (09:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday).

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ankara, Turkey.
